In Chicago Greg has worked at the Northlight Theatre (Sense & Sensibility), Goodman Theatre (Rock ‘N Roll), Court Theatre (Arcadia), American Theater Company (OKLAHOMA!), IO Theater (Without Intermission, A Moment Alone), as well as at Next Theatre, Noble Fool Theatricals, and Actors Revolution Theater. He is a graduate of Duke University's Department of Biological Anthropology and Anatomy and its Department of Theater Studies.

This season Greg played Valentine, the dashing but penniless dentist, in Remy Bumppo's production of George Bernard Shaw's You Never Can Tell. He'll be appearing next season in J.B.
