The Goat or, Who Is Sylvia?

By Edward Albee
Directed by James Bohnen
March 30 — May 8, 2011

Martin is the envy of men, with a hugely successful career, fulfilling marriage and well-adjusted teenage son. But just after his 50th birthday, he boils over, confessing a love affair that confounds him and shocks his family. Unwilling to give up, his wife Stevie drags every detail onto the living room floor. As their world shatters, the family presses on, battling for the Martin they love.

From the acclaimed author of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, this 2002 Tony Award-Winning Best Play asks where love places the limits of forgiveness. Albee’s razor wit tears open taboos and brings laughs and levity to this intimate drama.
