ADA Seating

Theater Wit is fully accessible with all theaters and restrooms located on the first floor as well as reserved ADA seating in each theater upon request. To request ADA seating, please contact the Remy Bumppo Administrative Office at 773.244.8119.

Assisted Listening Devices

Remy Bumppo offers assistive listening devices for every performance of each production. Devices are available at Theater Wit box office will call booth and can be picked up prior to the show. Assistive listening devices are offered free of charge, on a first-come first-served basis.

Audio Description and Touch Tours

Remy Bumppo offers Audio Description and a pre-show Touch Tour for patrons that are blind or who have low vision for one performance for each show of the season. Touch Tours will begin at 1:00 pm, and the curtain is at 2:30 pm.

Open-Captioned

Open-Captioned performances is a service primarily provided for people with hearing disabilities who use assistive listening devices, hearing aids, cochlear implants, sign language and lip reading. This service provides a text display of words and sounds heard during an event. The display is positioned in such a way that it is open for anyone to see in a particular seating area.
