This class provides the opportunity to work with four professional Chicago directors on a variety of materials – each week the director will choose scenes and/or monologues for each student in the class.

Page to Stage: Contemporary Scene Study

Join director Mikael Burke on a journey of discovery and play as we take a script from page to stage, turning engaging Analysis into thrilling Action. Deeply investigating a single play over five weeks, this combination script analysis/scene study class explores the dynamic relationship between text analysis and characterization.
