Karen Randolph

Karen Randolph (she/her) is the CMO of JimmyAsh LLC, producers of innovative foods that aim to create healthier communities while protecting the planet. Karen has been a board member for 20 years, serving in many capacities including President, Secretary, Member-at-Large on the Executive Committee, Marketing Committee Chair and Human Resources Committee Chair. Her previous board experience includes Alight, formerly known as the American Refugee Committee, the Goodman Theatre’s Discover Board (VP) and the Women’s Advertising Club of Chicago (President). Over her long career, she has logged many hours as a marketing and audience development consultant for Ravinia, the Goodman Theater, Victory Gardens Theater and the League of Chicago Theaters.
