ABOUT MOLLY

Molly Sharfstein (any pronouns) is a dramaturg, puppet artist, and arts administrator originally from Santa Cruz, CA. She focuses on new work development, primarily for puppet-based works and performances about environment and ecology. Her dramaturgy centers experientiality: facilitating object-based learning, activities, and discussion. She is currently the Resident Dramaturg on House of the Exquisite Corpse (Rough House Puppet Arts) and a dramaturg for Pocket Theatre and Theatre L’Acadie’s new play incubator. She is also the VP of Media and Engagement for The Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas. She holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from The Theatre School at DePaul University.
