Different Words for Happiness runs 100 minutes with no intermission.

Ava, an aimless 30-year-old, meets Eleanor, a successful 40-year old doctor. A seemingly innocuous medical exam sends the two women spiraling down a path of unlikely connection where a big secret looms large. Together, they navigate questions of blame, forgiveness, and transformation as they determine if they can find their way to a new kind of happiness.
